Can we hire a real coach

now that the season is over. How do we find a real coach. I am tired of hearing about the michigan man. Was Bo a Michigan man when he came here? No he became a Michigan man. He taught all young men that playing football at Michigan was a privlage and an honor and that to play here you must earn your spot among the elite. He promised them that hard work and ethics are the roots of all success in whatever you do. How do you all feel?
