I'm expecting 7 goals per game from now through the Frozen Four.

And after it too.

Ask me again after the frozen four.

It was a comforting and unfamiliar feeling to be down 4-2 and still feel calm because I just thought "eh I think we'll score at least 5 or 6"

Got around to listening to the podcast today. We must be about the same age because I also remember being in the student section at the red beacon hat lady Lake State game. I'd forgotten about that!
A classic of the student section up there Western not getting a shot on goal in the 1st period and subsequently got a standing ovation when they recorded a shot in the 2nd

I can't remember the exact year of that Western shotless first period, but I remember being at that game, too. It was either right at the end of undergrad or post-graduation by a couple years. Another classic!
FWIW, I graduated undergrad in '07.

I graduated in '11. I think it was probably 08-09 or 09-10. I think Lake State hat lady was one of those seasons as well
