#12 is Ricky Powers, he played from '90-'93 and had the best season for a freshman runningback statisically before Mike Hart came to Michigan. His sophomore year he ran for over 1,200 yards then ended up splitting time with Tyrone Weatley his junior and senior years. His senior year he was a captain too.
Love the name Powers for a running back.
