They're probably just putting a little extra Midwest feel on the Milwaukee setting. Harbaugh = football, whole milk, steak, etc.
Good show and I thought the first few episodes were the best thing I've seen in a while. A little further along now and it hasn't quite kept it up but definitely worth watching for people who like weird, Coen-type stuff.

I've heard that it let's down in later episodes, but the first three are fantastic. Episode one was the funniest thing I've seen in a long time.
