He should've played.  The court of media opinion ruled against him for a random prank.  If they mdia wants to continue on their witch hunt, perhaps they should find a case with some facts to back it.

What past situation?  You mean Erica Kinsman's completely unsubstantiated story and money grab?  Is he 5'7 or 6'3?  Apparently 6'3 when he kicks you out of his apartment to make room for his girlfrend, but 5'7 when the police question you about the perp.  And "directed at females"?  You mean the internet meme which has been roaming around the internet for years without BS feminist protectionism being brought into the equation?  Yeah, it was a funny joke and outburst.

You mean a daughter with multiple DNA sources in her underwear, who refused to cooperate with police, who had no injuries, who couldn't identify Winston's height nor address, and who rode on his scooter after the "assault" to be dropped off (before his girfriend came into town)?  Except that America can't deal with a black man having sex with a white woman, this story would have NEVER taken off.  Harkens back to the days of lynching black men who looked at white women, doesn't it?
