OT - Duncan Robinson scores career-high 21 points
Duncan Robinson scored a career-high 21 tonight against the T-Wolves in a game I attended. He was 4-7 from 3 and 8-12 overall. In addition to the 3s, he had some nice cuts to the basket for layups. He also blocked 2 shots!
I'm sure Jimmy Butler's absence helped his production, as the Heat didn't have many scorers, but Duncan appears to have once again taken his game to a new level in the new season. Hard to believe he had to settle for D III out of high school. Go Duncan!

He is the most unlikely of Beilein success stories and I really enjoy his success because of it

Beilein was not the greatest recruiter but damn did he have an eye for hidden talent.

So great what Duncan's done.

He's basically Rudy if Rudy didn't fucking suck

wonder if he'll end up having a better NBA career than Sauce Castillo.

Unless Stauskas finds himself in EuroLeague and returns confident and improved, probably.

Well done, Duncan!

I never for a moment thought Duncan had the adequate athleticism to make it in the NBA. Great for him! Beilein's reputation for uncovering hidden gems is unassailable.

Well 21 is a lot more than his magic 6 so I’m assuming they won.../s

Saw that, unfortunately GR3 and Poole had absolutely awful nights. They were something like 2-19 fg combined. Just terrible stats. Sad to see but they've been big faults in the Warriors blow out losses to start the year

Poole started out great in preseason but I've looked at GS's box scores the last few games and he can barely find a basket of late, and he's taken many shots.

They both started yesterday vs the Pelicans and did better, Poole hit 3/5 from three, 13 pts but a -21! GRob had 12 pts, 9 rebs and a plus 30.

LeVert had a nice game. Meanwhile, Kyrie fails again in OT.

There's always going to be a place in the NBA for an intelligent 6'8" guy who can shoot, even if he doesn't have top-notch athleticism.

I never expected him to get major minutes in an NBA game. Congrats to him.

Nice job Duncan. It's always fun to watch these highlights to see the changes in the score. Team A up 20, No! Team B up 20! NO! Team A up 15! How can you bet these games?

Duncan's dedication to his strength and conditioning program since he graduated is really evident. He is quite light on his feet on the court. No one is ever going to call him a great athlete in the NBA but look how quick he gets off the ground to finish on all of those cuts. Several of them I thought were going to get altered by a defender but Duncan was too quick to the rim.
Duncan Robinson fan for life over here. I hope his minutes continue to climb as I love watching him out there.

Yeah, Duncan has obviously really put in the time for his S&C work, and you can really see it in his quickness.
