When I was in school my roommates and I went to Connor O'neils and I put my cc up to start the tab. The night ended and we paid the waitress with cash and then left.  2 weeks later I get my credit card statement and see a $200+ charge from the bar.  I called up and explained the situration and was told I was there the same day they had a server work her one day of employment with them.  They made me whole and would image they will do the same here if needed. Well run place.

Wow crazy, same thing happened to me too.  I figured some store in an Ann Arbor got hacked because I saw 3 other people in the AA area on my Facebook feed that also got fraudulently charged.

On a side note, the last time I was there I sat at a table next to Hagelin and Caporusso

My friend got nailed too. He called the police and they were little help... They just suggested contacting the credit card processing company to figure out when and where each transaction took place. I highly advise everyone check their credit scores too, because identity theft can wreak havoc on your financial life. Trust me, I've been there. It sux.

They once gave my CC back to someone else (I have a memorable last name) and when I went to pay my tab they said "you don't have one and we don't have your card". Needless to say I wasn't happy.

I've had about an extra 100 on my bill. They were very certain I ordered that many shots in the whole 30m I was there. In the end they fixed it with the agreement of me removing myself from the bar.
