His sophomore film isn't great. But...it's sophomore film. Not to be harsh, but there's just no technique here; he looks like freshmen who come into our program, so I don't know how long he's been playing ball. Obviously he's a big body, and the athleticism is okay. There's a lot of work to do from when he was a sophomore, but there's potential if he leans out a little bit and hones his technique.
Seems like so much recruiting drama centered around Belleville the last few years.
He looks like he has the prerequisite size and arm span to be a tackle. But at the high D1 level it’s all about feet quickness and technique. He has to improve in both areas. He looked a little slow firing out of his stance in that highlight clip.
