I never was able to find out why. It was one of those household tip links that shows hundreds of household tips like filling nail holes with toothpaste, or rubbing a raw potato on a heated grill to prevent food from sticking to it. So I must have clicked through 75-100 of them and I never found out what the red cup under the toilet seat does. So I Googled it, and it turns out its just click bait. Kind of like this post!

Hey. I get it. Lots of posts, and most are superfluous, but you are going to have to let it go. The fan base is for the first time in maybe 20 years all united in happiness. While great, it does come with some drawbacks, including a bunch of seemingly meaningless posts. I'd rather have this compared to just a year ago where there were a few posts illustrating how miserable we are and that all coaches need to be fired.

Point taken. But honest question - why cant people just make a comment inside one of the hundreds of other threads already up (like this one for example) instead of creating their own?
That's what I dont get - hell, I'm happy too. I just dont understand the need to create a new thread every 30 seconds because of it.

I agree. I ask the same question after every single game when a post could have been easily placed in a snowflake thread. And after years of this, I guess I just got used to it and moved on.
People on the internet (under the image of being anonymous), like to be heard and that's no different here. I trust the mods to regulate that as such, but since we are all overjoyed right now, I'm guessing the mods are giving zeros fucks.

Not exactly zero, but in the last 36 hours I've deleted at least 5 threads, blocked Billmunson and a spammer, locked up another thread, deleted separate links to Barstool and Valenti, and in between continued to look for B1G Championship tickets.
And I know that between LSA and Seth, several other threads have also been removed.
