MBB: 2016 wing Aleem Ford to Wisconsin

This per Jeff Goodman among others. Coach Beilein & Co. recently took a look at the three-star 6'7" forward out of Bradenton, FL (a great place to visit, btw). It would be hard to argue that this is a loss, but we do have to assume that he will bank in a 60 footer to beat Michigan at some point.

But Sam Webb said he's likely going to St. John's. I know a lot of people like him - I like him - but he's not been heavily recruited by major schools (with the possible exception of Iowa State).

If we don't get him, I hope we don't sign someone in this class. A grad transfer is okay, but I don't want us to be locked in to a middling mid major recruit when we can have another scholarship open for next year

The one thing everyone needs to know about Jim Price, for those unfamilar - DO NOT get him started on "the art of pitching". You will be there all afternoon and it will likely end in an ugly manner.

Just leave when he says "yella-hammer" and offers you "catch you up" on what is happening. It won't be worth the update.

As bad a broadcaster as he's been, I'll give him credit on two things:

1) somehow being able to milk his very non-descript for all its worth to keep a broadcasting job when the listening public has forever been calling for him to step down or be replaced.

2) (and much more positive) being very active in charitable causes in SE Michigan, in particular as a spokesman for Jacks Place For Autism Foundation.

combination of Price and Dickerson over about anyone else out there. Price has developed over the years, including being a critic as needed.
