M Track Meet Reminder

Reminder to all who are around A2 and looking for something to do.... The Silverstone Invitiational Indoor Track Meet is today at the indoor track building behind Schembechler Hall/Yost.  Field events start at 10:30 and they start the running at 12:30.  One of Brandon's (very) few successes was getting the track teams on a better trajectory.  I'm taking my daughter.  Go Blue!

It will also be the last meet at the track before demo starts. But a hundred yards away at Oosterbahn its the inaugural battle betwween Notre Dame and Michigan in mens lacrosse. Maybe WD uses his All Access Pass-lanyard willed to him from Brandon to shuttle back and forth.

If this Track coach wants to improve his program, he needs to do a better job of signing local Michigan runners. There have been some National champions in the state that have chosen to go out of state to run track in college. Part of that is Michigan substandard track and field facilities, and I'm sure another reason is the cold weather in the north
