M Field Hockey-Vote for Katie Trombetta

Just saw this on twitter... Let's help get Michigan Field Hockey Defender, Katie Trombetta some recognition for "Women's Field Hockey Hero of the Week". She helped hold scoring to only 2 goals for 140 minutes of play, and she's the only Wolverine nominated. Here's the link because I am old and only know how to copy and paste. http://hro.io/2z5QQMy PS--not a lot of votes as far as I can see, but with some help, we can make this not even close.

...and I'll cast another at 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, etc., because we can vote once per hour. As of my vote, Katie had almost 80% of the vote and led the 2nd-place vote-getter 147-17.

Katie's lead has shrunk to 167-31 over her nearest competition, garnering now just over 68% of the vote. Is anyone else voting hourly? According to the linked story, you can cast one vote per hour thru 1 pm Friday. Let's help MGoBrewMom in support of Katie. I bet she buys a round of brews for everyone if our votes make the "Michigan Difference".

Katie's lead is now a bit bigger: 176-32 over the Penn Stater who's in 2nd place. Let's get a tiny measure of revenge here and pile up the votes for Katie! Mom, drum up those left coast votes! I'm thirsty.

in the balloting, Katie leads the nearest competition 311-49. With 71% of the total vote going for Katie and probably few remaining voters paying attention, the 2nd biggest question might be the race for last place. Nina Klein is still at the starting line, while her closest competition is at one vote. The biggest question: when and where is MGoBrewMom buying us participants a round of brews?

she now has 72% of the vote. And it's a dead heat for last place at this point with one vote apiece. I was wrong, however, about the deadline---it's 1 pm Pacific time/4pm EDT. Four+ hours to go.
