Juwan's path to Michigan
I thought that this was an interesting piece about Juwan Howard's road to the head coaching position. I know folks who were his TA/Profs when he was here as a player and student, and this reflects everything I've heard about his energy and drive.

Great piece. I was a UM student when Juwan arrived on campus. He instantly became my favorite player. He was fundamentally sound on the court, an obviously hard worker, and seemed like the ultimate team player. Stories like these further confirm my hunches from almost 30 years ago that he's a solid individual.

I believe that one his greatest assets will be his recruiting skills. He has reputation and name recognition which the recruits will know. GO BLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
