Looks like hits on the line from Michigan opponents was nothing as compared to surving injuries from each other growing up.
Amazing and tough kids with the will to suceed. Shows that resilience and heart can turn a 2 or 3 star on paper into a 4 star where it matters - on the field and in life.

I wonder if the youngest will ever be a key contributer on defense when he becomes an upperclassman. Seems like he could be a plausible "boring" safety option.

Fair point, and I agree that it should not have been the case, but those freshmen were Kalis, Magnuson, and Braden. Not exactly a bunch of scrubs who were ahead of him on said depth chart. Is that 7 plus years of starting offensive lineman in that bunch?
