GameDay tomorrow features crowd video(s) from UTL showcasing the Big House atmosphere.
Just a heads up for anybody wondering about GameDay's lineup tomorrow morning: they will be doing a feature on last year's Under the Lights game. I am personally excited about this because ESPN contacted my YouTube account earlier in the week to ask my permission to use footage I had posted following last year's game (embed below). They are splicing together reactions from the crowd in the segment and they thought my video had some great shots.
Aside from being thankful that I decided to sacrifice a little comfort and tape important points in the game, I am excited just to see the actual segment. I think it will be great to show the national audience just how crazy the stadium was for that game.
I was told the segment was blocked around 11:20 for tomorrow. I will definitely be planted in front of the TV right at 11.

Whoa, you sit like twenty feet from me in the Big House. Thanks for the heads up, definitely gonna make sure to be around the TV at 11.

I was toldby a couple people saying that. Unfortunately, my father didn't get his season tickets this year. He has had those seats since 1979...but I moved 8 hours away a few years back and he doesn't feel like hassling to find people to go to 5 or 6 games (I was making it to one or two after I moved).
Is your face in that video? There is one chunk of footage I gave ESPN that has a good shot of the rows below following the Roundtree TD, but I didn't put it in the embedded video. I'm going to laugh if they show my father giving me a high-five.

They should have measured the sound for that game. It was nuts.

I wish I could say M fans vs ND fans is a victory, hands down, but I'm left hoping that is true.

Great video Sir. Should of have been more of your shots and less of ESPN's.

I am glad they used it, though. I thought it was a good segment the way they did it (although I wish they would make a half hour show out of that whole game, at least).

Wow Brian Kelly is a dick "I hope he trips coming off the bus and sprains an ankle".
September 22nd, 2012 at 11:38 AM ^
No, I thought people might say that. He was actually commending Denard in a common way, admitting not many teams can stop a healthy Denard. When it first came out of his mouth I gasped, but he definitely said it in jest and this example is not a reason to hate Kelly. Other examples perhaps, but not this one.

That was his answer to the question about how to stop him. It's obvious that was a joke.

If you knew some other things he's said when at GVSU and CMU then you would be more inclined to see it my way.

He's an idiot. This comment was fine.
He was asked, "How do you stop Denard?" His response was, "Hope he trips coming off the bus." He never said he hoped Denard tripped falling off the bus. If you can't see that as a joke, you need to seriously reevaluate how seriously you take this stuff.

I could watch this game over and over again
