I saw this earlier this morning and thought it was something new. I think this is the exact same story that was on either The Players Tribune or The Athletic the week of the game.

Drat. I've been glued to board since The Game and didn't see it. Assumed it was pre-Heisman ceremony hype since Aidan's invited. But makes sense they would post before OSU, as well.
Worth it for just the still shot of Herbstreit helpless on the sideline in Desmond's wake.

Such a perfect moment: a punt return TD against the hated rival, sealing the Heisman trophy win, punctuated with the Heisman pose, AND the voice of college football, Keith Jackson (RIP??), on the call. Freaking amazing. Still gives me goosebumps all these years later.
