Durkin to "Anne" Arbor
Not sure about the source, but this is not turning down UNC or TAMU, but coming to "Anne" Arbor. Credible?

Not credible, so take it with a grain of salt. All signs are seriously pointing to that though(and this report is just hopping on all the rumors and trying to claim it first). I would be very happy with durkin as our dc though, so hopefully it does become official.

Old news. but very good news.

Seriously? I have been way too vigilant on the board, and I have seen activity with Durkin turning down jobs, but no claim of him coming, beyond speculation. While the site is questionable, he claims it's happening.

Well, this blog outperformed a lot of professional news gathering entities. So, aside from the misspelling, it might be credible. Time will tell.

Since he is out of a job (they hired Collins as DC) I don't think it is a stretch for this guy to call it but he says "within the week" that means it isn't done (signed) but he is taking a leap for the credibility of calling it first.

Even without referencing the spelling error, that website looks like a generic Microsoft Word document circa year 2000.
Nonetheless, I think this happens and the sooner it does, we can get down to business. Great day all around!

Durkin-to-Michigan is a foregone conclusion by now, but nothing will be announced until after Florida's bowl game. Nothing to see here.

Here's an unrelated bonus as an apology for a crappy source! This is a quote from Shea Patterson, the #1 QB in the 2016 class.
"It's definitely a game changing hire," Patterson said on Monday night. "Michigan has always been a place I thought I would play and having him come in there definitely boosts my interest. I grew up going to Michigan football games and I think it's a great hire obviously. He's going to bring them back to where they've been before. As a quarterback, it excites me too because I like his competitiveness and I know a lot of guys are going to want to play for him. I look forward to the recruiting process with him."
I don't know the source beyond the Victor's Board, so I will post it here.

Edge of the Internet confirmed Durkin has been hired. Same guy that said this was also right about his info on JH so I believe it

LOL...wow, they are really out to discredit anything Harbaugh related. They are so butt hurt over the NFL snub.
December 30th, 2014 at 5:58 PM ^
Really? I thought they were still tied up at this now long-delayed Harbaugh presser in Oakland. I am sure they will air it as soon as Harbaugh gets to the Raiders' offices, but they are already working their sources on Durkin too. A well-connected, not at all petulant and irksome network indeed.
