Not the same without fans.

Without the fans: it's fascinating how much TV has starkly shifted fan behavior. Who would stand shirtless in freezing cold for a full game, unless they knew they'd get on television? Why do fans "go crazy" only when there's a chance of the camera picking them up? Would people stand through games without TV announcers and cameras identifying them as dedicated fans?
While fans did wild things before TV—"fan" comes from "fanatic," after all—the wild behavior was never as sustained and routine as it has become.

Nope. I HATE the Boston Red Sox like poison, but check their fans back in the old tyme baseball days. They did some wild shit:

I think its time for Corso to hang it up and ride off into the sunset...
September 26th, 2020 at 11:38 AM ^
F that. Corso may not be like he once was, but he’s the heart of the show.

I love Corso. He brings enthusiasm and entertainment to the set. He's not there for incisive analysis.
I would not want a whole show of all Corso, but he has a specific role that fits in a show like this, that he plays well.
I will miss him when he's gone.

Or even Florida / Ole Miss for Lane Kiffiin’s return to the ESS EEE SEE.

Lee Corso on T.V. is basically elder abuse at this point.

Really Ole Miss??? You guys give a (obviously fake but still )money bag to someone for a turnover ??

What a Shit show at the End of the half in Auburn vs. Kentucky

Well that’s apparently targeting now? Didn’t know

From the OU - KSU game.
Spencer Rattler completes EVERY** pass in the first half. (** though 2 were to KSU players)
Swenson either got hurt or pulled — only noticed him one play early where he “caught” a KState rush-end and got pushed all the way back to the QB.
Do really like the OU offense - see a lot of wide open receivers for the QB.

Update - KSU making this a game!!
Swenson must be benched/beat out - saw him on the (blocked) punt team after they noted a true freshman LT for OU earlier in the drive.

Anybody see the end of the Louisiana/Georgia Southern game? Forget about the 53 yd game winning FG by a struggling kicker as the clock expired for a second, wasn't the GS QB down when he put the ball on the ground during the 2 pt conversion play? Anybody else notice that?
