Chance for redemption against Purdue or better chance for a banner?
The second game, even though M lost, was one of the most outstanding games of basketball I've ever watched.
are going to have to blanket C. Edwards and Mathias to win. And get around Ivan Drago's picks to do it.
Damn, that team can shoot...
Not sure if it is about a banner or revenge. Just beating one hell of a good team.
At least you have the correct (and only) answer.
with that incorrect (and useless) parenthetical useage.
I wouldn't have asked if I hadn't heard an argument for each option. Doesn't matter though, Purdue is dominating, and it's going to be a tough game tomorrow.
There's no point celebrating a conference championship if you can't beat every team in the conference. Z vs C. Edwards will be the key.
I dunno, MSU seemed fine celebrating their regular season title, and they can't beat Michigan.
Any one know where the michigan side will be? I took an educated guess and bought in section 207 just now. Purdue has had the bench on that side for both their games and looking good against PSU, so i figured their fans would be over there... I have no idea if that's an actual reason but it works in my head.
It'll probably be heavy Michigan crowd anyways. Very excited!
Purdue's very good, but no team really scares me with the way we're playing right now. Based on rankings and rivalry hatred, we just beat a better team by double digits and it was fairly comfortable most of the way. Purdue may beat us, but bring them on!
We've beaten 12 of the other 13 teams in the league. Now we get our crack at #13. Nice.
on the bandwagon.
Beat purdue.
Go Blue.
We're going tomorrow regardless of which it is. We're now the best team in the BIG. Right on schedule.
Either way, no matter what happens the rest of the way this season is an unmitigated success. Sweeping a top 3 Sparty team, a chance to claim back to back Big Ten tourney titles, and a big time recruiting class coming in next season.
Everything’s coming up Beilein.
I really think we'll beat either of them. i wonder if Izzo can even bring himself to watch tomorrow. Today has to be as soul-crushing of a defeat he's had. His days are numbered there.
We got jobbed at home and they were hot at home. Our turn for a win on a neutral court.
