J.T. Barret for Osu and ed Davis for Msu. This is their last years I promise.
Yeah and I think Brian Cardinal from Purdue will be there to represent their basketball team
With Robbie Hummel.
Justin Siller will represent the Boilermakers' football program.
Higdon’s first question asked to him will obviously be about his recent comments about “anything but a National Title will be a disappointment “
Reporter: "Karan, what did you mean when you said anything but a national title will be a disappointment?"
Karan: "I meant that I'll be disappointed if we don't win a national title." *Blinks* "
Imo anything less than making the playoffs is a disappointment. This returning team is just too good. The players know this too. And Harbaugh hates losing more than anyone ... magnify the frustrations we felt last year by 10 for him. Pressure is on him especially because next year will be a rebuilding year after sending 9 guys to the league.
If we truly desire to be in the elite discussion , then we shouldn’t ever have to use the word “rebuilding” going forward . OSU and Alabama , and you can basically start to include Clemson as of recent , in the discussion where it doesn’t matter how much they lose , they still are in the title hunt the next season
Our defense was not rebuilding last year. I am not sure what you call what our offense was doing.
You don't get there overnight but UM is getting close.
If you figure 8-5 last year could have been a 10 win season w either a full-season from a QB or a full season of decent Oline play then maybe UM is just a couple of steps away from being able to reload. Recruiting has to be consistent but that will come when UM wins big this year and sends half the team to the league for the second time in 3 years.
And I'm sure the follow-up question will be something about if he feels this will be a distraction, him wanting to win a national title, as it may get in the way of Michigan playing football games.
Or some such thing.
This made me laugh out loud. Thanks
Purdue bringing both QB’s - Sindelar and Blough. Interesting.
Any early predictions on team captains?
I'm assuming 1 on offense, 1 on defense still? I'll go with Higdon and Winovich since they are both in their last season. Although I bet Rashan is the most vocal person in the locker room still.
I agree on Higdon. Maybe Winovich or Kinnel on D. Amazing how few Seniors there are on the team.

Air Force on now, 2011 OSU up at 10:30 (60min versions)
Need to reverse this trend. Saw this tweet by a guy who covers Vegas sports gambling.
Michigan is 0-16 SU/4-12 ATS on the road vs ranked teams since early 2006. This year the Wolverines will most likely face three ranked teams on the road: Notre Dame, Michigan State and Ohio State.
News at 11: Michigan needs to win road games to be successful!

Wisconsin is bringing Brooks Bollinger, who is a 15th year senior and a real leader for the young guys.
