Austin Hatch moving to LA
Looks like this got lost in the midst of Fall Camp starting and all, but Austin Hatch is moving from Fort Wayne to LA to finish his high school career. Hopefully this will help his rehabbing and will get him into game shape in time for his Michigan Career to start.
Best of luck to Austin, he's been through more than most.

Who's "them"?
Canterbury, the high school he's leaving, never gave him clearance to return to 5-on-5, full-court basketball (but he was cleared for everything else). About a month ago, Hatch tweeted "Gonna get cleared [to] play soon," so I wouldn't rule out the possibility that he'll be able to play at his new school in California. I have no inside info, but from everything I've seen he seems determined to return to the court.

It's actually down there in mgo.licio.us, 2nd item: a link to an LA Times article. He looks great in their picture. Let's see if MLive has anything to add.

I agree, and will add what I said originally: I look forward to the day when Dr Austin Hatch receives his degree from the University of Michigan.

I've gone to Barney's Beanery in Pasadena before, but that's still a ways away from me (I'm in Valencia.) I asked about it being a Michigan bar (it was supposed to be), and they looked at me like I'm crazy. Some other Michigan fans did show up though.
