2020 has been chaos and playing chaos team is not fun coming off a game summarized easily:

But when Chaos team meets Chaos year what happens?  Is it a force multiplier?  Do they cancel?  Will this game will be a perfunctory 28-17 win for the good guys?  Or a 42-41 decided on a triple lateral on the last play of the game?  Anything is on the table.

Hoosier Heritage   

The unofficial state drink of Indiana.  This goes way back to 2015.  Someone won a contest.  Nice and normal and tasty old fashioned variant.

1.5 oz rye whiskey ( The original calls for a rye named after Knob Creek, where Lincoln moved from to Indiana).  Also Indiana is home to one of biggest whiskey distilleries in the country.  Many of your craft bourbons and whiskeys are sourced to the  MGP distillery.

.5  oz  Lemon Juice

.5  oz Maple Syrup

1 oz Apple Cider

Sprig of Rosemary

Cayenne pepper (optional)

Place the maple syrup and rosemary into a cocktail shaker and muddle the rosemary.  Add the Rye, lemon juice, cider and ice to the cocktail shaker. Shake for 20 seconds.   Strain the drink into an old-fashioned with fresh ice.

Garnish with a new sprig rosemary or an apple slice or both.

Found a small variant that also added a pinch of cayenne pepper.  Use that at your discretion.
