I got my BGS - I did so because I didn't have to take a language. Felt a got a great background in a lot of different high level subjects. Served me well for law school. I think a Michigan degree says enough - it's more about the name and less about what you studied.
I'm a big believer in mind over body. If you keep telling everyone you have health issues, eventually your body is going to believe it. Urban is such a good liar, even his own body is believing him.
I know it was only an open spring practice where they didn't show anything of real meaning...but the most noticeable thing to me was how quick Patterson gets the ball out of his hands. He was so much quicker than any of the other QB's from the time he received the snap to release. He also appeared the most accurate - but without pressure (or a defense) that doesn't mean much.
I suggest naming Poole's shot "The Escape". The offensive performance against Houston wasn't the best. We escaped the first weekend with a victory. But also after making the shot, Poole was clearly escaping the pile. Seems fitting.
I went recently. It's in Monroe, right off 75, exit 18. Decent corn maze with a pirates of the Caribbean theme. piglet races. lots of lids stuff. Cider slushies were great too.
I feel like the student section needs a train cheer....something like when the phone used to ring at Yost...- "PHONE" hey goalie - it's your mom, she says you Suck!
Maybe - "TRAIN" - hey (insert team) it's your mom - she says CHOO CHOO
Mike came to Grand Rapids this week and ran his trivia at the Grand Rapids Alumni Club's game watch party during halftime. Everyone really seemed to enjoy it. If you are in A2, you should really get out to the Beer Grotto and check out some trivia (hint: it helps to have a former Michigan player or two on your team if you can find one)
I went to Law School at IU...but it's been a bit since I graduated. However, sink the biz at Nicks is a must. Half the time I was there - I'm not sure the people knew there was a game going on - just that they were outside tailgating and having fun.
The Irish Lion for a Mutton Pie is a delicious meal - you can grab a yard of beer while you are there.
The Sticks at Kilroys on Kirkwood were always a great snack.
Check out the UGP store there while you are in Bloomington too.
I can't pinpoint the exact reason, but I'm enjoying watching this team even more than the teams in the past couple years. They seem to have great chemistry and grow not only with every game, but it seems on every possession. Watching Beilein coach these guys up for the rest of the year is going to be great. I'm ready for another long run in March.

After being in Iowa for two days for the game - the thing I was most amazed by were the number of 20 something girls who knew the punter's name.
If there's one person that I trust to know what's going on in the world...It's Randy the Plumber

The short quick game will definitely benefit.
I live downtown - would like to be part of the Pistons game.
I'm guessing that by MSU - we have Hudson and Mayfield starting at both tackle positions (and playing fairly well).
Pro:
I walk…
New Center
Pro:
I walk to work
start of the Q-line - easy to get Downtown Detroit
Near the Fisher Theater
A smart investment
Con:
Still too far to walk to a game
There's no solid bar with good TV's and Food within walking distance
lack of grocery (until Plum Market comes in Oct)
is there a link to the full game replay from Michigan radio?

They have good food. Then you have an option of their shuttle or the Q line there and back. Plenty of parking around there too. Go Wings!

Angelo's deep fried French Toast. Order from Angelo's on the Side for takeout. My favorite in A2
Couldn't I just buy a UofM sticker and put it on some other candle?

San Diego State University and the return of Steve Fisher.
Then definitely West Virginia. Ideally, I'd love to see a home and home with them in football as well.
