23 hours 12 min ago	Ehhh.  I'm skeptical as to	Ehhh.  I'm skeptical as to whether or not this is going to be any good.  In my experience, these types of ventures from less reputable companies rarely turn out good, or even end up happening at all. Plus, I imagine it will be really hard to create an authentic-feeling CFB experience with whatever customization tools are available.

Not too many seem to be too high on UM outside of the program, but it really sounds like they are on the cusp of being great this year. We just need a decent QB with time to throw the ball. Everything else is in place.

8 weeks 2 hours ago	Without touching on some of	Without touching on some of the other issues here, it disheartens me to see video games as a scapegoat for issues like violence and poor performance. Video games have also been proven to enhance spatial reasoning (which can be extremely useful in an engineering field, for example) and hand eye coordination. Of course, there is such a thing as too much time playing video games, but in most cases I think people lean on them as an easy scapegoat on behavioral problems that stem from other factors.
12 weeks 5 days ago	I know recruiting rankings	I know recruiting rankings matter (for college), but do they really matter for the NFL?  We're talking about players who were evaluated at least 4 years ago, and many more than that in a lot of cases.  A lot can happen in that time frame.

18 weeks 1 day ago	I thought the movie was	I thought the movie was amazing - apparently most didn't.   I loved the overarching theme of the movie - "this won't go the way you expect."  That was true for both the audience and the characters in the film.  I loved the philosophical discussions of the effects of war, the balance of not only the force but the universe, and Luke's moral struggles with the Jedi 'religion.'  I thought the movie brought some desperately needed nuance to the struggle between the dark side and the light and expanded the SW universe in some very cool and meaningful ways. I honestly would put it near the top movie in the franchise.
