Her reputation as a defense lawyer is at stake. That's how she makes a living. Future defendants want someone who atleast in their eyes will defend them at all costs. If she goes off saying that everything she said in defense of Nassar was bull crap and lies after the fact, that really affects her reputation as a lawyer. It's unfortunate and difficult and why so many people cannot do the job.
She is in one of the most uncomfortable positions on Earth. She has to conjure up BS in his defense. I truly believe she wants him in prison just like all of us.
I wonder how many of us MGoBloggers would have a negative number of stars based on our athletic ability, yet critique and criticize ones who earned D1 scholarships?
I'd be one of those guys from a Chem Lab and some of us are athletic! Our games of trash can basketball get competitive...who I am kidding most of us can't even get out of our own sadly :((
The only knock on Poole seems to be he has some mental lapses on defense but more playing time will help eliminate those. I would also have Brooks play about 5-6 minutes a game just to keep him fresh throughout the season. I think he will be a good player eventually.
but ask lots of great coaches and they will say the same thing. it's shows up in your record the same way. a win will always trump a close loss even if it's to a great team. nobody gets rewarded for close losses.
I don't understand why everyone thinks that a close loss to a top 3 team is a reason to have us higher ranked. Lose by 1 lose by 40 a loss is a loss. 23 is about right.
I see us losing @ Purdue, and we will lose one other game that will cause this fan base to go nuts and the #FireBelien haters will be out in full force. But the rest of the season looks very promising.
On the game winning touchdown, a true freshman 5* was at LT, a true freshman 5* QB threw the TD pass, and a true freshman 5* caught the game winner. Stars DO matter. Baker Mayfield is the exception.
I've read multiple other posts about the idea of a new OC will fix all these problems that the offense had this year, which is just not true. This is Harbaugh's offense and he will only hire a guy who he feels comfortable running it how HE wants it run. We could hire Oklahoma State's or any other high octane OC from a different school but it won't matter. Harbaugh has final say and will limit this offense. He wants it to do just enough to win. And in this day in age that will just not win games because no lead under 25 or so is safe. Jim can take this team to new heights, or he can really limit this team. Relentlessness and aggressiveness is something I would like to see more out of his actually coaching and decision making. He does it in recruiting, but he plays not to lose too much. But I'm just a high school basketball coach, so neg away.
it's just seemed like O'Korn's throws had something to them and his motion looked so natural and satisfying, it was fun to watch him. once the ball left his hand and the receiver or tight end wasn't in the picture you could predict it was gonna get caught and it was so reassuring and comforting. I don't care if it was against Purdue, O'Korn looked like second half 2015 Rudock and it felt good damnit. Love Wilt but if ain't broke DONT FIX IT
I agree except that Washington is ahead of Thomas at CB and I don't think there's anyway James Hudson gets redshirted. He's my pick to be the highest drafted player from this class. Gonna suprise everyone
