The nice part is you only have to register while in one of those cities - I live in the Bay Area, but was able to use YoutubeTV when I visited Denver (sans local SF stations).
Which is why, ultimately, Harbaugh and staff should be happy about things like the Rutgers camps. The competition between colleges creates more camps, which creates more opportunities for the high school students. It's great.
I think the comment I replied to was deleted. Someone was criticizing Michigan for only offering 13% of the top 40 players (or something, this was a week ago).
Maybe I'm looking through Harbaugh tinted glasses, but the team looked more... competitive? All the stories we've heard of Harbaugh competing with recruits, in laser tag, etc. - it looks like it's rubbing off on the players. Down to that last play, each team really fought to win. When the maize team celebrated, they were really basking in the victory, even though it was the Spring Game. This summer is going to take forever.
North Coast Old 38 and Oysters. Will be seeing the new Cloverfield movie in a few hours. Celebrating Friday, the win, some body fat/weightloss and lots of good work done this week. Go Blue and happy weekend everyone.
I was wondering the same thing. Maybe this is preparation for Fisch's departure. I'm not hoping that a coach leaves every year, but it's cool to see that we have possible replacement options on staff.
Or there is just the possibility, as you said, that they are using it as a major resume boost. You'd think it'd be a low risk, high reward move to join Harbaugh's staff for a year.
Maybe I'm just exposed to Michigan's hirings the most, but it seems Michigan has been very active in getting these high school coaches promoted into the college coaching system. Can anyone confirm/deny this? Does this happen at all colleges, it just often goes unnoticed?
alum96, I hope you enjoy your invitation to SotS next year, because dammit you deserve it.
It's very cool to see quite a few targets from Michigan. It seems this year there are more top targets than most. Maybe I'm missing something (or 247 just isn't reflecting it) but wasn't Ruiz (Center out of IMG) interested in Michigan?
Yep. He's hand delivering his silent commit papers to me so I can send them to Michigan (my parents live in Michigan, so I can just send them there for safe keeping). It's all part of the plan.
Any name that is thrown out would be speculation though. Any disappointment that anyone would feel to this, to an extent, would really be self inflicted.
He would be a HUGE get for the 2017 class, especially if he commits earlier in the cycle like some believe. With how he speaks highly of Michigan, he could be a great recruiter on his own.

Huh, that's a good point. I'll have to test it out.
Spider-Man: Homecoming, GotG, and Winter Soldier are the top for me. If it lives up to the crew/cast, I think Black Panther will be up there too.
Honest question - should we just have a bot post to the board whenever Harbaugh tweets?
I haven't seen Austin Jackson's name pop up until now.
Am I bad at paying attention or has his name not been thrown around much? What's the significance?
Thought this was going to be a Cotton Bowl thread...so close.
PJ WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS

Yes, Alum. Please edit your gif choice to reflect accurate excitement.

Huh? Jordan Fuller himself said that he will announced his decision on February 1st at 7pm via video.
I believe he's announcing on Monday already.

I wouldn't call it "good", but I don't think many are panicking about this decommitment (though we do need a new Name of the Year commit).
I was going to ask - does this solidify that we'd take both Hill and Long if we have the opportunity?
