Not that 16 points is…

Not that 16 points is anything to brag about, but Kentucky held Abilene to 13 in the first half just this year.

Nobody can eat 50 eggs.

Nobody can eat 50 eggs.

I might have an onion tied…

I might have an onion tied to my belt, but I'm fairly certain that cloud needs to be yelled at.

I prefer the old board, but see above.

Excellent.

Thanks for the heads up.

You're the one speaking in absolutes.
no one outside the midwest really appreciates michigan as a prestigious academic institute
And yet my comment still entirely refutes your initial point.

Having said that, let me count the ways in which I care about your take on anything:

Absolutely false.

Of course, I can only speak for living in Texas and my own experiences here as a Michigan grad.

It's one play, but Stribling shouldn't get all the credit

here. Gary helped force that throw.

I'd consider that a big play. Peppers also played a very large role there.

Winston was a RS FR (still a first year starter).

Edit: in 2013, to clarify.

Smoke up, Johnny.
To be fair, you probably wouldn't want your kids

attempting to decipher life or death puzzles for a few gold doubloons.

That being said, sorry.

Not sure. Betsa was doing more than dealing, though. She

was destroying.

I wasn't going to start a topic regarding that while she was doing it, either. I was in a "nobody touch anything" phase.

Cool Hand Luke is amazing.

And I'm not sure why. It's such a slow paced masterpiece that it avoids description, as far as I'm concerned.

Have you seen Das Boot?

That's hands down my favorite sub movie (no, it's actually really good).

I love The Hunt for Red October, for the record.

Yeah, I'm not sure if it's the all time greatest but

"Goonies" is an amazing movie. I watched it again three days ago (after trying to watch "The Last Starfighter").

I'd have to go with something silly like "Fifth Element."

There are much better movies out there, but I love that movie.

That or "Cool Hand Luke."

LSU 5.4 and Tenn at 5.0 were the only two higher.

Alabama rushed for 4.0.

Over 14 games Florida's run defense averaged 3.5.

[Seconded that s]ome actually can

It's real.

Pelini embraced the meme.

Not that bad, but yeah, it's close.

Seriously.

Middle English isn't anywhere close to a refined English accent.

Cue the people that will correct me.

I hate the offseason.  ;)

Jokes aside. The guy shot himself at a club.

So no, I don't think taking any advice from him would be a good idea, regardless of what team you root for.

Again, he literally managed to shoot himself while at a club.  Repetition.

I gave you props for changing the title twice at the advice

of mgobloggers.

The first two were really bad and this one isn't.

Well, it is concerning, as you always seem to point out on a

post by post basis.

Oh, I'm aware. I just don't understand how it happened.

As you said: luckiest. dude. ever.

For insurance reasons most cars have cameras on 24/7 in

Russia.

So that, at least, explains the camera.  Now why the guy is hanging outside the front of the truck... ____?

/also, I'm assuming Russia based on the shirt.

If he is half as good as Hackett, I'll be happy.

.

Mainly the poor form and grammar.

.

I actually am. But I haven't posted anything until now.

I'm just happy to see how this week unfolded.

He probably needs to flip the cassette.

nm

As if you ever aren't.

.

Why not just start the chant when he first goes back to punt?

Good idea, either way.

For some reason that made me feel better.

At least someone got to yell at the refs for me.

I don't think

"because it would be one of the worst possible outcomes for Michigan" counts as a valid premise.

Did you just tell people to suck it up and

play football during a potential hurricane landfall?

I assume you dinged some tobacc into a spittoon while polishing an old double barreled shotgun while typing that.

/actually might be impressed if serious.

ye olde double post

nt

He's the guy that threatened to publish a damning story on

Harbaugh that turned out to be about how some kids actually got hurt playing in Harbaugh's satellite camps (and Peruball as WD stated).

He might have a connection on it, because he supposedly does have some, and he might have just made it up.

/the above is intended as satire, Jeff Moss.

We didn't exactly look good in every game those

two years or any year that we had a strong early start and finished by imploding.  That's not the case this year to this point.  *knocked on wood*

I'm switching my own stance to: *slightly less guarded optimism*

Yep. Hurricane reaction can sometimes be worse than

the Hurricane itself.

I'll leave it at that.

Realistically,

Michigan has looked better than MSU this year to this point.  If you're going to predict a year Michigan wins, it wouldn't be all that outrageous to pick this year.  It's looking like a toss up to me, personally.

The guy did say "I think this is the year Michigan wins for sure."  You can harp on his use of "sure" I guess, but he didn't say he has picked Michigan every year.

Also, I'm not sure predicting a win for UM after UM beats MSU counts as a prediction (TIC, of course).

.

However, I think she was an outstanding president for the university and I don't think characterizing her as a drunk or a party gal does us, this board, or the university any good.

I'd be surprised if that wasn't the point of his post.

How the Morris Minnesota incident occurred

was the most interesting part to me (this also directly ties in with Brandon's firing habits).

Bacon clearly points out how seemingly unrelated terminations systematically allowed the event to occur, from the firing of the equipment manager that required graduate students holding helmets to shadow qbs, the disappearing liason between the sideline and the press booth, to the firings that lead to the degradation of Michigan's relationship with the press.

I also enjoyed the confirmation regarding Hoke, which I'm not going into, and Hagerup's story which was pretty amazing.

As far as school locations,

I'd check out the law quad, the reading room (which is inside the quad) and then see if you can sneak into the law library.

The business school was just finishing when I graduated but it looked like it was worth seeing, as well.

Pretty much everything off state street is worth seeing and it isn't a long walk.

Heard looks... good. I think.

Not all of his passes have been great, of course, but he's fast and has that x factor.  He looks like a less nimble Denard (I'm basing this on the one quarter I've seen him play, which is a pretty small sample size).

For someone that pretends to only deal in facts, you

sure invented a few opposing viewpoints that were never espoused just now.

Hence trolling.

Plenty of rival fans post here without getting negged to oblivion.  It's not a surprise that you aren't one of them.

It's weird seeing a troll on a rival's blog talking about

insecure fans.

Rudock didn't do as well as I hoped and yet we still looked

better than last year.  Even with three interceptions.

That's my hot shiitake.

On to week two.

Let's beat the carp out of Utah.

Yes, I think beating fish is funny.
