You're struggling Ace. I was diagnosed with an rare Autoimmune disease called Scleroderma about two years ago. I hear you about not being able to function, and people even close family thinking you're just fine. Personally I think you need to see a Rheumatologist.
Luckily for me I see a Scleroderma Specialist at U of M. Probably one of the top Scleroderma Dr's in the world.
