How in the world is Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer above Michigan and Ohio State? I understand they've had intense matches but come on, it's nothing close to the The Game.
Thanks a lot Lebron, all you had to do is say you were coming back. I hope you choke in the playoffs for the rest of your career. Well at least now Beilien will prove soon he can beat State with Izzo as the coach.
Sorry Tech, the only reason the PAC-10 wanted you was because you were part of the package that came with Texas. I hope they realize their going to be in the Big 12 for awhile.
I hope financially FSN is doing good because their about to be spending a lot more money. Now will all the extra money their spending go to every school or just the schools that their televising? I imagine they will televise let's say Texas a lot more than they would Iowa State. So would Texas get all that money or will it be shared among the teams in the conference? Anyways interesting to see that statistic. Dan Beebe wasn't lying when he said they would get a lot more revenue if they stayed.
I've actually gone to a game there and it must be the only college football stadium where half the stadium is for the home team and the other half is for the away team. I'm surprised their not 120 on that list.
My favorite is that the University of Chicago has more Big Ten titles than Michigan State. I know this was already mentioned but it's such a great statistic.
I hope they announce them soon, it's going to be really interesting to see what they end up doing. I just hope they protect some rivalries and put Michigan and Ohio State in the same division.
I don't like putting Michigan and Ohio State in different divisions. The Game would lose so much hype if we faced each other twice a year. The best way to do it is to keep Michigan and Ohio State in the same divsion and the winner of that game go to the Big Ten Championship.
It would be interesting to see this, because it protects a lot more rivalries. However the divisions end up, the thing I want most is to protect some of the Big Ten's best rivalries.
Looking like the Pac-10 will add Utah then we will have a quiet couple years. I wouldn't be surprised in a couple years if Larry Scott tries to add more teams again though.
We got a storied program with a lot of loyal fans. They match up with the whole Big Ten feel. I really like the add of Nebraska, also they got a awesome stadium and it will be sweet to take a road trip there for a game.
I wouldn't be surprised to see them add TCU or even SMU. People might laugh at the second choice but I think June Jones will have that program thriving pretty soon.
Guys this was a whole year ago, I hate the Free Press as much as the next guy here but seriously let's move on. It's time to get ready for the revenge tour that will be 2010 Michigan football.
Completely agree with the statement that this is the Texas Conference. Everything that happened revolved around Texas, now they can start making their own network I guess.
I wouldn't be shocked at all if we developed a rivalry. Considering the 1997 national championship and the 2005 Alamo Bowl I wouldn't be surprised it all if it turned into a rivalry.
I'm beyond confused about what their going to end up doing but I guess we will find out something concrete this week. Love all the speculation going on right now though.
While Georgia Tech would be a good add how many fans do they have in Georgia? I thought the vast majority of fans in Georgia were Georgia fans. I might be wrong but it would be nice if we got a team with a really big fanbase so we get more viewers.
I got the demo for the 360 and have to say I'm very impressed with the game. I love the tweaks they made for the spread offense like the wide receivers actually blocking on screens. I also like the ESPN presentation and the team running out of the tunnel as well. Just can't wait until July when I can play as Michigan. My offense is about to be so awesome.

I wouldn't say it would be as bad as the Big 12 North. I would take Nebraska, Wisconsin, and Iowa before Kansas,Kansas State, and Iowa State any day.

O man, they crack me up. If they joined the Big Ten they would do way worse than Penn State. Keep having fun with 6 to 8 win seasons.

Must suck that no major conference wants you. Maybe they should watch things they say next time.
100 percent pure Columbian awesomeness is my personal favorite. When it comes to MGoBlog though, their are many to choose from.
Hopefully we land him and that convinces Ray Hamilton to come. After that our offensive line recruiting can really start up.
Awesome job, this is the best idea I've seen by far. You should call up Jim Delany with this plan.

Yeah, like that will ever happen.
All the posts about the quarterback controversy in the spring were less annoying than all these division speculation posts.
Can't wait to see how many Wolverines are on their. I would put Desmond Howard number one personally.
Next time hopefully it's the Shoe that gets burned down. A sign of things to come?
I hope they announce them soon, it's going to be really interesting to see what they end up doing. I just hope they protect some rivalries and put Michigan and Ohio State in the same division.
While the 4 divisions thing intriuges me, it is way to complicated. It would lead to a lot of confusion among fans every year.

And let the flood gates open...seriously I wish some guys would come to Michigan. It's not like USC has a issue of not having talent.

It will definitely be prime time on ABC, no way it will be on Big Ten Network.
This was awesome, you just need to make it a more Michigan State like feel with players beating up students behind them or something.
Can't wait to see what conference opponents they play in their first season in the Big Ten in 2011.
Simply put the names aren't going to change anytime soon.
Don't worry, you aren't the only one.
I would ask is the team finally starting to buy in or is it a bunch of guys that don't care like the past 10 years.
I wouldn't be surprised to see them add TCU or even SMU. People might laugh at the second choice but I think June Jones will have that program thriving pretty soon.
I've also been looking for a picture of the interception against Michigan State. For the life of me I can't find a big one to put in my room.

Really like the linebacker recruiting right now. Kris Frost, Ed Davis, and Sean Duggan come on down!!!

The guy is just stupid, even towards the team he apparently gushes over.

Can't wait until the UConn game, I will be there in person to see how amazing it looks like all done.
We all need to stop bringing their articles up and completely ignore them.

It would be nice to get them on here to see how their recruiting so far this year.
I always thought it was just NU. Already confused by expansion and it's been just a week.
Just tell Izzo your coming back so he can go to Cleveland. Take one for the team man.
What is their academics like? I'm surprised to hear from some people it's bad.
Are they still having that meeting Tuesday? I can't wait to see what they do.
I still don't believe they would go to a different conference without Texas. I'm shocked they would want to diminish that rivalry.
Got to feel bad for the fanbase knowing their totally useless in all sports.
Well at least we might be getting a team we can destroy every year.
I'm going to have to go to Lincoln when Michigan plays there in the future. The football stadium seems pretty cool.
