Apparently, according to my Senior daughter, the new trend on Campus is PowerPoint parties where people give Ted Talk style PowerPoints about the weird and quirky things that interest them in a party setting. So there seem to be multiple ways of using a PowerPoint to get a date I never would have thought of.
The curse of the highly touted RB recruit continues. Woe betide to Zach Charbonnet and Eric Gray. I fear we will need to sacrifice a live chicken to remove this ongoing blight on Michigan football.
will survive and continue on her path. It’s too juicy to leave a potential deeply embedded mole of her caliber in the US government. By definition I think that means both Philip and Elizabeth have to die, so she’s free to move forward in her career without suspicion. I expect that Stan will be the one to “catch them,” although not the one to pull the trigger. No matter what, I’m sad to see it end. One of the 5 best shows in TV history IMHO.
Those gifs brought tears to my eyes. Everything good about college basketball summed up by his, and even more his teammates', reaction. Loved this team.
Unlike most of those comps he started as the 3rd string QB greatly reducing his reps until there was no choice. He also played behind an epically poor pass pro line. There are some reasons for optimism there.
Probably my favorite Michigan Basketball Team ever (non-1989 flight). Such a fun group that grew so much. And final proof, as if it was needed, that John Beilein is a wizard. Thanks for a fun and special ride this year. Go Blue!
Agree with all the (much-deserved) love for Z. Still makes me nervous that our alpha point guard is around a 50% FT shooter. Hope it doesn't catch up to us.
While I agree with a lot of the points made about HDTV, ticket prices, etc., I think people might be understimating the importance of the discussion around concussions and the ongoing damage football does to those who play it. My daughter and her friends (all UofM students) have brought up the ethical issue of watching their peers damage themselves for life multiple times when explaining their lukewarm interest in attending games. Football, in general, is decreasing in popularity as a result of this and I expect that trend is just beginning to gather speed.
On the way out of the game. He has no noticeable bandaging and was dressed in street clothes. I asked him if he was ok. He said "yeah" and nodded. For whatever that's worth. He then rode a cart from the stadium back to Glick.

I hear there's a WR Coach with both SEC and B1G experience available...

Maybe the insanely insensitive comments from MSU officials and donors will begin to change now. They still don't seem to get it.
A powerful article that implicates Paterno in the hazing culture on campus there. Probably an issue everywhere though.
