I don’t think the PI penalties are going anywhere. We are coached up to grab and hold with an attempt to get away with it. In fact, I am betting that Zordich is relatively happy with “handsiness” our corners played with.
In '97, our offense ranked 48th in points per game at 26.8. Our murderous defense ranked 1st in opponent points per game at 9.5. Both of these are not out of the realm of possibility for this year looking at our returners on both sides of the ball. Go blue!
Went to Hulu live about two months ago. ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, Big Ten, FS1, FS2, FS Detroit, NBCSN, GOLF channel. It’s solid for sports and only $40 per month. Getting an HD antenna installed in my attack soon for locals.
I found myself screaming at the tv every time the announcer stated "Nordin set to punt." Where the fuck are the spotters? Upside: my wife left the room. I was able to watch the rest of the game without having to answer stupid questions.
Gentry is a star in the making. He seems to always be open and has some wheels as well. Dropped a pass v PU that he should've brought in...but yes, he is going to be excellent.
Horrible news but maybe this forces more throws to the TE's breaking wide open over the middle and running for 15 yards after the catch, a la Zach Gentry.
I am putting the lack of passes to TE's on the play calling. Absolutely horrendous in this game. Wasn't there so hard to say much about what Speight was missing, but it's ridiculous the lack of TE production to date in our offense.

What the hell happened to the tight ends in our offense??? One completion to a TE this game if I recall correctly. Too many passes to the outside. When we through crossing routes seemed to be successful. For all the bitching about Speight, we can't put this one on him. O has some serious work to do. Purdue looks threatening after these two games.
The team looked very ugly at times, but I am happy. I am finally able to bitch about how shitty we played while still winning by three TDs. My Michigan football world has finally returned.
I think the real problem is that Speight must be the best we have. I do think Harbaugh is a guru and would be playing someone else if they were truly better than Speight. My fear is that Peters is struggling to pick up the offense. If so that leaves us with McCaffrey next year or more likely two years. We have Speight for another year with the same complaints.
1. 12-1, loss to either PSU or Wiscy on road, but we still win east and Big 10 championship
2. Defense started much better than what I originally thought, thus the reason for my prediction above. With that defense we will be in every game.
3. Offense, about what I thought. Should have scored two to three more TDs. SP8 is what he is. If we had a better QB he'd be playing. Left side of O-line looked good. Right side has some growing to do, but I think it will get done.
4. Heisman: no one from UM so I don't care.
5. Bama, Clemson, Michigan, and I have no clue who.
Very excited about DPJ. He is ballsy back there. Came up and grabbed punts in a crowd on a couple of occasions and showed good elusiveness.
As for SP8, unless he get hurts I think we are stuck with him. I was at IU game last year, and no way O'Korn can be our QB. He sucked. Peters obviously is not better than either. I think we might see McCaffrey next year.

First shot was of me standing on field before kickoff with my hands down my shorts adjusting my dick and balls. My mom was a very proud parent when that aired.
Greatest moment...all the time I spent playing sports with my friends. Can't beat it.
Most embarrassing moment...senior year in HS comcast just started airing local sports on tv. They aired a high school soccer game at my school. First shot was of me standing on field before kickoff with my hands down my shorts adjusting my dick and balls. My mom was a very proud parent when that aired.
