I am still currently milking…

I am still currently milking student season tickets (8th season). To get in the section gate you have to show the ushers your ticket with the section number. If you don't have that section number you wont be allowed to enter. Either try and get tickets to section 24 or section 35 and you should be able to sneak across into the student section with little to no issue. Other option would be to get a student ticket and have it validated, or if you can get a hold of student ID's they normally don't check them all that close (I had one guy grill me about my own ID, I had to show a second form of ID but he had some sort of napoleon complex going)

Hopefully your daughters are old enough that you aren't worried about profanity, drugs, etc... it can get pretty raunchy up there at times.

Good luck

vs Middle Tenn State - W 35…

vs Middle Tenn State - W 35-10

vs Army - L 24 - 27 (I think we lose a couple key guys on D in this game and our young D isn't as technically sound as they need to be and we lose a close one) - my bold prediction for the year

Big Ten Opener @ Wisconsin - W 21-17 (Close game, road struggles continue)

vs Rutgers - W 38-10

vs  Iowa - W 24-17

vs Illinois - W 42-14

@ Penn State - L 17-27 (PSU isn't going to be very good but road game, whiteout, night, etc... until this team can prove they can win in a hostile environment I wouldn't bet on them)

vs ND - L 27 - 34 (I think ND is relatively close to use in talent, generally when that happens we lose)

vs Maryland W 32-10

vs MSU - W  - 27 - 13

vs Indiana - W 42-32

vs OSU - L 48 - 24 (At this point in the year the OSU team has had enough to time gel and build in game experience at their lacking positions.)

8 and 4 regular season, we get beat by a bad team in a bowl game to go 8 and 5 on the year. Trying to run a "speed in space" offense without the right personnel, very little exp in the running back position plus shaky receiver health (I believe DPJ will be playing hobbled this year and Tarik Black's injury history) leaves Nico Collins and a bunch of relatively untested guys. Lost too much on the D to be absolutely dominant like we are used to, Devin Bush is going to be sorely missed. Another year of epic hype to start only to struggle against any of our opponents with a pulse.

Hope I am wrong

Win the game

Win the game

Who's going to boot them? Neither one will step down and there is really nobody left to fire them. I can't see the new AD or President coming in and firing either one of them unless they absolutely have no choice (their PSU-like fan base would turn on them in an instant). Unless something else comes out that's 100% lock their asses up I don't see them getting pushed out any time soon.
Over the bowl game?

Over the bowl game? Sure, I was over that 5 minutes after the game. OK with the direction that this team is headed? Absolutely not. Next year is going to be brutal, I fully expect 7-8 wins unless some MAJOR changes happen on the offensive side of the ball. If anybody thinks this off season is going to be bad just wait until next year if we only win 7 games.

Strongly Agree

The only thing is documentary did/is going to do is hurt the football program after this travestly of a season. I know hindsight is always 20/20 but I think the probability of it having a negative effect was much stronger than ending well, especially with the film makers need to turn everything into a dramatic event. I wont watch it but I anticipate that everything will be blown out of proportion in terms of the drama and tension associated with playing poorly and losing football games. We damn sure didn't need the money from Amazon, I can only assume whoever signed off on this hoped it would be good exposure for the football program.

Who would want to relive this embarrassing season?

I have Amazon Prime and there is NO way I would subject myself to watching this trainwreck of a football season again. I really do hope that we do away with all of this cutesy stuff after this year (Rome trips, TV Specials etc...) and just focus on playing football. The only people that are going to enjoy this TV special are the ones tuning in to laugh at our program, and there will be plenty to laugh at. Hopefully this little experiment is over, I see no way how this could be beneficial for our program (aside from generating some more money that we really don't need)

And have 2 defense/special

And have 2 defense/special teams touchdowns as well.

Gotchya

Yea then i am all for playing him in any sort of sets to see if we can shore up some of the problems (RT cough cough) that we have been experiencing.

Has his redshirt been burned?

Has his redshirt been officially burned already? I may be in the minority here but I am looking at this years recruiting class and I really think keeping his & Filagia's redshirts in tact are going to be important going forward (if its even possible) I just feel the offense is so far gone (no quick/intermediate fixes) with problems being systemic throughout the whole system. We need coordinator changes at the end of the year and get somebody that is capable of running a simpler offense that young players can thrive in & ramp up when we have the experience to do so. Our next recruiting class is shaping up to be a dissapointment at best, especially on the OL front. I remember grumbling about Hoke burning a few redshirts on a bad season too.

This

This, yes, definitely this....

Dantonio

Dantonio must either have a horse shoe up his ass or sold his soul to the devil. I have never seen a team get so many lucky breaks over and over again. Just this game I can think of:

All the bounces go their way on turnovers (both for and against)

A monsoon breaks out as soon as Michigan starts to get momentum in the 2nd half (typically the only time we do anything offensively)

The botched punt somehow manages to A) not go into the endzone and B) be recovered by the 1 spartan back there with 3 michigan players in the area.

Michigan decides to commit the most turnovers since... 2014 ND?

Our receivers get the worst case of the drops that I can't even remember the last time that was close (weather played a part here)

Michigan decides to call one of the worst offensive game plans (if you can even call it a game plan) while attempting to pass in an absolute downpour when nobody could catch a ball, let alone one of our receivers who are struggling to bring in passes in perfect weather conditions.

JOK looked good

JOK looked good the first two offensive possesions. A couple times that he moved on to his second read and stayed in the pocket or at least rolled out with intent to extend the play and pass downfield. After the Isaac fumble its like a switch flipped. He locked onto one guy and if he wasn't open when the pressure was coming he got happy feet and ended up running into the pressure out of sheer panic. The progressed into just chucking the ball downfield which led to the INT's. I don't see him being able to shake this performance off before Indiana, he seems to get rattled very easily.

Disagree

I can't see burning Mccaffrey's redshirt on this turd of a season. We either roll with JOK the rest of the year or risk ruining Peters's confidence by getting him crushed behind this terrible O line. Either option doesn't have the brightest of outlooks but it is what it is at this point.

I am in the boat of let JOK go 2 more games (don't want to start a brand new QB in happy valley at night) and if he can't get it done start building towards the future and put Peters in. I REALLY don't want to start next year with once again a brand new QB, would be nice to at least get some game reps for whoever will be starting.

Were we really outcoached that bad? We had 5 turnovers and only lost by 4 points. I get that the offense was terrible but when your drives continue to end in turnovers it's not all on the coaching. The players need to learn to hold on to the ball, go down instead of fighting for an extra yard and burning needed clock & fumbling the football, catch a damn ball that hits you in the hands etc... turnovers gave that game to sparty and that wasn't on the coaches. I agree the offensive gameplan needs a serious makeover but I don't think any gameplan is going to overcome 5 turnovers on a regular basis.
Agree to an extent For as bad as MSU's secondary was supposed to be I didn't see our receivers with much (if any) separation all night. This combined with the drops can't be blamed on the QB or O line (don't get me wrong they have their own faults too). I found myself wondering when is the last time one of our receivers climbed the ladder to catch a ball and purely overpowered a DB to come down with it. They are talented but inexperienced. It is what it is at this point.
