Haters gonna hate.

Haters gonna hate.

If they were purposely

If they were purposely deflated, you can bet they were probably practicing with them like that all week. Maybe that makes a difference too.

Or maybe Andrew Luck is just the kind of quarterback who prefers a nice firm ball.

Another play...

Another play he made seconds earlier in the same game goes hand-in-hand with this and typifies J-Mo. Syracuse ball down two with 25 seconds left, Morgan steps up and takes one of his patented charges from Brandon Triche, and then he goes on to throw down that game-ending dunk.

What a solid young man. Fantastic article BiSB

Baseball America article

If anyone wants a better look at how this "agent/advisor" issue has come up before, I stumbled on this Baseball America article from a while back that goes into the whole thing in-depth. Pretty interesting read.

Heaven Forbid

But isn't it still possible, even if highly unlikely, that this is not confirmed yet? We have them at home still in the regular season, then we could play them in the B1G Tourney and then also the Big Dance? Or was that 2-5 record just counting regular season games?

Not as close by...

But there's also Louisville to worry about now too.

Have you ever heard of Adrian Have you ever heard of Adrian Peterson?
Same as the ratio of Stanley Same as the ratio of Stanley Nickels to Schrute Bucks.
Question

Great write-up. Watching The Trey again a couple times here got me thinking about something, and I'm sorry if this has already been discussed. Regarding McGary's pick on that play, and the fact that Johnson bowled him over. In the normal run of play (i.e., not in the final minute or so), that would be a foul, correct? I think it's semi-interesting to ponder what the reaction from us fans would've been had Trey's shot not gone in and that "foul" gone uncalled as it did. Obviously, I'm glad it wasn't called and this is just a bunch of "what-ifs", but I just wanted to hear the thoughts of the crowd.

I hate Jim Rome.

I hate Jim Rome.

I noticed it for sure. It

I noticed it for sure. It looked like they had a little cheer going. They'd do the gator chop, then swing their arms in front of them like the "no-good" motion for a field goal in football, and then repeat. Pretty genius kids.

Indianarmageddon

The first thing I pictured when I saw the title of this thread was the Bollywood remake of an already poor Bruce Willis flick from 1998.

Awesome! Took me a minute to

Awesome! Took me a minute to catch this one.

Hopefully that's not some

Hopefully that's not some kind of impermissible benefit or recruiting violation. You never know with the NCAA these days.

Burke in #9

I think it's awesome how after Burke sends in the alley-oop in #9, he jumps again when GRIII goes to slam it down, kind of like he subconsciously trying to help it in or something like that. Not that Light Rob needed the help.

Not sure you're reading that

Not sure you're reading that map correctly good sir...it's only available on ESPN3 west of New Mexico/Colorado.

I personally don't really

I personally don't really think it matters whether he was trying to kick the kid or kick the ball. In my own eyes, they're pretty much a single unit at that point in time. Whether his intentions were to kick the boy or kick the ball, either way, Hazard must know that some "jarring force", if you will, will be levied on the boy.

Now, do I think the kid sold it like a boss? Of course. I don't think that is the point though. Like another poster said, there are officials to manage the play of the game, including tallying how much time has been wasted in order to add it back on in stoppage time. Hazard was completely in the wrong in kicking period, whether it was directed at the boy or the ball. Just my two cents.

Bruce Feldman just tweeted

Bruce Feldman just tweeted something about DeWayne Walker leaving NM State for an assistant job. Must be it.

EDIT: DANG IT! Well done ThWard, well done.

I'll take a stab at this. I'm

I'll take a stab at this. I'm going to guess Chip Kelly is looking for a Defensive Coordinator somewhere amongst his former colleagues.

I've been meaning to talk to

I've been meaning to talk to him about that. He should probably find himself a safehouse, or a relative close by...lay low for a while.

Sparty Banner

I'd have to say my favorite part of this post is the Sparty schadenfreude that comes with the pic of them raising their banner. You can tell they had to cut the "s" off the end of "champions" to make it a legitimate banner at the last second, due to the fact that the "Big Ten" and "2012" are completely uncentered on the thing. Or, they let one of their Art majors design it. Either way, it's classic.
