that ohio is in every one of our athlete's heads. These recruits are picking ohio because thats the program that dominated when they were growing up. Our current players are also used to them dominating and it shows when they look like deer in headlights when we play them, imagery is very powerful
I would love some karma like this to hit ohio HARD! My bet is by Urbans third year he wont be able to hide how much of a douche he is and they will suffer the same fate.
Zeller gets into foul trouble which negates biased officials and we win a close one. Oladipo harasses Burke all night but GRIII steps up with a 20 and 10 performance.
Ummm so the saying refers to gameplay you say, perhaps that is why I included " from the perspective of leadership and game management". Game management meaning gameplay, so thank you for clarifying, I now know you are both stupid AND lacking basic football knowledge...
If you read the post I responded to it would help clarify. The previous post stated that teams would have to "prepare" for both styles of QB. No college football team has ever started "preparing" for two incoming or current freshmen. Teams prepare fir the projected starter, which would further support the accuracy of my response. So you either didn't read the post I resonded to or you just dont know shit about football, thanks for trying to correct me though...
If you have two quarterbacks you have none... and im a firm believer in this from a leadership and game management stand point. Have ONE quarterback who fits The Michigan Standard and it doesnt matter if the opposing team prepares all weak for him. This is Michigan, we will run our O at will and dictate the game, period. Two QB's as potential starters...ppsshh, you youngsters just dont know.
The texhnique is difficult ecause there
Must be nonwasted motions to get the timing if the blocks correctly. The guards first step must be what is called a "flat step" which is parallel to the LOS. A pulling tackle must take a deeper step depending on the play. If it is a counter play where a G and a T pull then the tackle must take a deeper flat step to stagger himself. He must stagger himself just in case the guard in frobt of him gets blown up then he doesnt get taken out also. He must also stagger himself with the G because they are taking fifferent angle to block, either thefirst man inside, the end
Man on the LOS or the playsibe backer, depending on the play. You must have perfect footwork while identifying your man and the adjusting your path accordingly to get your helmet on the inside of the block, this is so the man u are blocking cant scrape accross your face. Keep in mind that defenders are "squeezing and apilling" in an attempt to take you out and blow up the play, it is a difficult task to accomplish.
He looks like such a natural in these other aspects of the game it frustrates me that he and Devin didn't switch roles from day one. Can't really blame the coaches though, they might have risked losing some of the player loyalty if they didnt start Denard. I guess if it wasn't broke then don't fix it but it would have been interesting to see...still gonna miss the guy.
Most of these guys were Zook recruits who jumped on board the hype-wagon, he was pulling in some serious talent, a lit of these guys were very highly rated when they committed. I wonder how the university's talent level compares over a much longer period.
is a CB duo that I would DREAM of taking the field for us, WE WERE SO CLOOOOOSE! It just adds salt to the wounds that they were actually tall corners, I haven't seen a lockdown duo at UofM and Ive been watching since '98...
