or the other stuff....
I did that once too, gained 30+ pounds in a few months. Was whole of course. Took a nalgene of milk to work each day and stacked gallon bottles at home like a frat boy does beer cans.

Times like this is where I wish we still had new weights listed. I've heard Paye is up to 261 and Eubanks is up to 250 and still running close to a 4.5. That is ridiculous if true.

Yeah Paye up to 260 is really good news. That’s even more drastic than Chase last off season going from like 245 to 270 or whatever his jump was. Means he won’t be a liability vs the run either.

Marinating the chicken in some terriyaki or BBQ sauce, or putting some sriracha on your veggies/rice, and adding a few more calories ain't gonna kill you, but it's gonna make your diet a lot more enjoyable and sustainable.

it's mostly just laziness, not a strict adherence to a diet. people who eat like that aren't food motivated, they don't care what it tastes like. so it's easier to cook without having to bother with flavor.
I eat chicken and rice every day for lunch. people think I'm crazy about my diet, in reality I just don't want to be bothered with having to think about my meals.
