Don Brown says Tuesday was "Best Practice of the Year"

Submitted by Human Torpedo on

I know we don't like coach speak very much right now given how much it has let us down much of this year. If it isn't backed up with tangible results the week of the game I agree it should piss us off if anything if it's not translating to Main Street. So just take this with a VERY small grain of salt

I want to flatten ohio on saturday.  Just a game that from the start we hit them and hit them hard.  Frustrate them and punish them.

All I can have faith in is that weird shit happens in this game. Our offense was a disaster in 2013 and the light came on against OSU.

Maybe that will happen again on Saturday.

I might sacrifice a couple of digits for a big win. I wish it wasn't so important to me but I guess that's the curse of college football fandom.

He'd probably be good at it. The dude coached baseball IIRC and was a good coach.

Brown was named the interim head baseball coach at Yale during the 1992 season. Brown led the Bulldogs to a 26-10 record, including a 14-4 mark in the Eastern Intercollegiate Baseball League (EIBL), the EIBL championship and a bid to the NCAA tournament. Competing in the Midwest Regional, Yale lost the opener to Clemson, before taking an elimination game against Nichols State. The Bulldogs were then eliminated by UCLA.

Talking doesn't win games. Let's see it on Saturday. Although Don Brown's side of the team isn't really what most of us are concerned about.

Keep in mind that our 3 losses this year, were all to teams that we beat last year.. remember that this is a revenge game for us.. remember how bitterly disappointed Harbaugh was at the end of last years game.. we're at home.. maybe just maybe, this will be our Stanford over USC moment..

Just not with this offense. Don Browns dudes will keep it from being a total blowout though. Will not be shocked if our defense outscores our offense.
