Boy, don't expect to learn much from watching an interview with Pep. Everyone's taking equal reps. Everyone can make all the throws. Guy doesn't give a shred of useful info. Not complaining, just impressed.
Is a Great interview.
I don't think they know how little they'd have to spend to improve the audio quality.
Can't you just get a lav mic?

They are affectionately known as a gang bang interview.
Little costs along the way can add up.
Is $59.00 for a little iPhone shotgun mic a lot? It does work to improve sound.
video about it, with demonstration before and after using it:

And since at the end of the day quality really doesn’t matter page editors are fine with “just point your phone at him”
I mean, you have no idea how challenging it is to even get people to shoot video horizontally on their phone.
That is all.
Is Pep wearing a Capital One Bowl hat?

This young man really likes his job here and is dedicated to learning all he can. Turned down an offer to go to a place that hands out championship rings like most teams do varsity letters. And he says it's due to his loyalty to Harbaugh- extremely rare today- his love for AA and his very real belief that Michigan can be participating and winning these championship contests in the future. Hell, everyone on that side of the ball is learning from the best coordinator in cfb today - top three in any measurements - and this guy is soaking it up.
Jim really pulled a coup when he grabbed him. Paramus was obviously doing more than pulling in the best talent in Jersey. This guy can coach. He proved it at the h.s. level, of course, and in addition to proving it at D1 level, he's recruiting with the best of them. So glad he's here and I think he's a Michigan lifer that is going to just keep adding to the program.

I'd love to see Partridge take over the DL in a few years when Mattison retires. That way he has coaching experience at every position and becomes Don Brown's heir a few years after that. Partridge is really well-liked amongst the players and highly respected amongst other coaches. Definitely got a gem with him. Can't wait to see what he can do with the safety corps. It was always around a B/B+/A- under Smith. Hopefully Partridge can bring it up to the A/A+ range like the CBs.
