which is, technically, the lowest number for any of the 14 B1G teams.
Yes, I'm being a smart-ass --- but they DID win a game last year!!! 1-1 all-time. Maryland is 0-2 all-time, at least as a B1G member.

Maryland has the disadvantage of being hated by the ACC

For once(?), I actually think non-mgoblog Michigan fans are more rational than this place. I don't think there's as much hate out there as there is on here. Yes, he fucked up in the OSU game, but I really doubt we win that with a good game plan anyway. I think a good plan just makes it close. And he was essential to us having one of the best defenses in the fucking nation for most of the year.

Am I missing McSomething, or was this posted in the wrong place?

Some kind of false flag operation? They were 10-5 against the Big Ten as a member of the ACC.
BTW the only Big Ten teams with winning records in the Challenge are Purdue (9-6), Minnesota (9-8), and Nebraska (3-2).
Somehow Iowa was excluded four times.
Indiana, Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State, and Purdue were excluded twice.
Illinois, Michigan State, Minnesota, Northwestern, and Wisconsin have participated every year.

So "atta boy" to you, Rutgers. Just this once.

Leaders created an Open Thread as I was creating this one. Mods can delete this one if they want. Otherwise I'll just use this one to list all of the results/final scores once the games have been completed.

Right now Indiana is up on Duke, though I don't expect that to last and Notre Dame is up on Illinois (haven't paid attention to either of these 2 teams), and FSU is up on Iowa by 7.
I'm pretty sure the ACC was expected to win this Challenge outright.

Iowa was favored at home by 5.5
Illinois was a 2.5 point dog at home
Indiana was a 10 point dog on the road

I have the Dook game and the only thing keeping me from throwing up is Dooe is losing and I hear Harbaugh is there. Between Dickie V, Dook fans, Dook bench players, Coach K, Crean and Yogi, it's time to change the channel.

Are we sure Rutgers has an NCAA basketball team? I could've sworn they were just playing intramural basketball...

They have been ducking Michigan for years in Men's Basketball. I remember DB saying this on WTKA a couple years ago.
Not surprising. ND is a joke. One of the most underachieving programs of all-time.
Zero national championships, a whopping 1 Final Four, no conference regular season championships.

Just like msu ducks name teams with a pulse come tourney time.
December 2nd, 2015 at 10:23 PM ^
ND will have no choice soon.
Michigan-ND is gonna happen in the B1G-ACC Challenge. You just know it.

who cares, fuck them. I wish people would stop making them seem like a special match up in any sport, treat them like nobody, it would be more fun that way.

seems to be as trend at IU.
December 2nd, 2015 at 9:57 PM ^
Shouldn't msu be the ones playing Duke?
The setup obviously doesn't care about rematches.
Surprised they don't play Virginia again.
December 2nd, 2015 at 10:05 PM ^
And does Duke ever play on the road in these games?
December 2nd, 2015 at 10:21 PM ^
I guess Wisconsin last year, but yes, it does seem like they are always at home in this.
When you go into their stadium, your team instantly becomes stupid - like the Stauskas led debacle in 2013.
December 2nd, 2015 at 11:06 PM ^
Refs make sure of that.
December 2nd, 2015 at 10:22 PM ^
at Crisler was a part of the B10/ACC challenge (the Duke win over UM earlier that year was part of a tourney where we beat UCLA to reach the final).
December 2nd, 2015 at 10:25 PM ^
That was just a nonconference game. That wasn't the Big Ten-ACC Challenge.
December 2nd, 2015 at 10:33 PM ^
that year (2008-09), we played Maryland in the challenge game, lost to Maryland, then came back to beat Duke.
December 2nd, 2015 at 10:33 PM ^
This. Michigan played at Maryland in that year's challenge, of all teams.
December 3rd, 2015 at 8:51 AM ^
According to Wikipedia, Duke has been on the road for 6 of the 17 games, at home for 7 and at a "neutral" site for 4. They've been in Madison, Ann Arbor and Columbus most recently. The neutral sites were in Greensboro, NC and Chicago (twice each).
December 2nd, 2015 at 9:56 PM ^
or go home?
December 2nd, 2015 at 9:57 PM ^
We beat Rutgers last year starting Dakich and Lonergan.
