After last night Coach Beilein at 797 career wins.
75 are at the junior college level, but they count on his personal record if you ask me.
3 more wins gets him to 800. 3 more wins gets him his first NC and maybe punches his ticket to the HOF.
I think if he coaches for 5 more years and gets near 850 NCAA wins, he will be a shoo-in anyways. Depending on how much of the FBI investigation is eventually made public, he may have his spot locked if he retires after this season.
If he coaches for five more years, I would hope he'd have a lot more then 850 wins. More like a minimum of 900.
is they did run them out of the gym! :) :) :)
he is already in the hof.... but a natty wouldn't hurt.....goblue
kinda cool if 800 was the "the big 'un"
I do too, but the NC would be the icing.
This thing of calling a national championship a "natty" - that should not be a thing.
It reminds me of PSU fans calling touchdowns "tuddies."
You're not the only one who's been abused by Natty Light. There's support out there for people like us.
*blessed by Natty Light.
I fixed it for you.
You know, I am not a fan of people saying "Natty" either, but I do believe that "tuddie" was even worse. I mean, as annoying as "Natty" is, at least it is easily understandable in context usually, but saying someone "scored a tuddie" just does not sound sports-related at all, unless we're talking about personal stuff that really doesn't need to be discussed here.
Getting to the NC and winning that for his 800th victory would be absolutely stellar and much deserved.
IF they were to win it all, what's Beilien's move? FIre hose? Smokebomb to set off the sprinklers?
This:
but I swear that if that man climbs the ladder to cut the national championship net, I'm going to bawl like a baby out of happiness for him. Most decent man to helm this team.

Beilein has more wins than Bo Ryan, who got in last year, and his resume off the court is second to none.
He's in the HOF now.
Harbaugh has 134 wins as a head coach. What did he do, skip number 100?
