Fan Satisfaction Index: Bye Week Survey

It's improvement week, which means it's time to explore ways to improve our fan satisfaction index.

This week's survey is longer than the standard surveys for a couple reasons:

First, the survey asks about each of the previous games. It will be interesting to get a sense of people's feelings about the early games now that we have one third of the season under our belts. We know a bit more about those early opponents, we know more about our team, and we know more about how other important teams are playing. (Plus this way we get data on Florida, which I was just making up before since I didn't do a survey on it before!).

Second, I have asked folks to assess the season so far, but also about their feelings about how the season will end.

Finally, I also included a few demographic questions to get a feel for whether what individual factors, if any, might influence fan satisfaction.

Results will be posted on Wednesday morning.
