TV Teddy made it so very TV Teddy but ALSO THIS

Michigan beats the Fightin' Larry Nassars 82-72 and now has a real attention-getting W for tournament purposes. Coulda shoulda been two this week, but even though the results didn't go as well as possible the play certainly did. Muppets? Yes.

And you can't have one without the other...

he didn't have to because things got out of hand. His team was so focused and attentitve, it was in control almost from the opening tip. Sparty could never establish anything other than going to the foul line, bailed out consistently by the officials.

Beilein was just as focused as his team, kneeling along the sideline and then coaching up his guys as they came off the floor.

This could have been an even worse beatdown if the officials hadn't fallen in love with the sound of their own whistle and decided they needed more airtime than the teams and coaches.

Great, great win. I watched the last few minutes of the Rutgers/MSU game earlier in the week and the announcer said what was keeping Rutgers in it was that they weren't intimidated like a lot of MSU opponents are. I felt that was the key for us. Beilein had the boys believing. At one point in the huddle he said something along the lines of when they get their dunks, let them go crazy and we go down and execute.
