College Football 25 cover is out...Dono is the featured player on the cover!

This is the cover for EA's College Football 25. Donovan Edwards, front and center. All of Michigan's helmet stickers commemorating last year's wins, depicted in detail. It's all beautiful.

Awesome cover but would be nice to see some actual gameplay footage for a game out in a only a few months. Makes me think it is going to suck when it comes to actual gameplay and they aren't confident in what they have right now. Or since it is EA they are just banking on people buying based on waiting so long for a new game and it being the only option that the quality of the game itself won't actually matter.

Well according to EA they said this game was being built from  the ground up and not borrowing anything from Madden, but yes I am skeptical of that claim. Either way it is concerning not showing any actual gameplay yet. Past NCAA's we had full game footage being shown 5-6 months out from release.

They don't need to show gameplay because most people are already set on buying it. They are keeping tight lipped about it but from the few leaks that have been put out there this game is heavily detailed and you should be able to enjoy all the Michigan traditions in real life in video game form, like tapping the banner. I hope they put Mr Brightside in because if the crowd sings that during the game it would be fire

What I'm worried most about is whether or not it will have all the old features of NCAA games past.  If the recent Maddens are anything to go on, EA is willing to cut out features to shove a game out the door.

Anything less than Dynasty mode (with a full recruiting system), Career mode (starting from high school with importation into Madden at the end of college), and some sort of build-a-college feature and I'll be disappointed.

While they will continue to use the Frostbite engine like Madden, that's where the similarities end.

Matt Brown has reported it is not another Madden re-skin and this game is different largely based on how the college game varies from the pro game. You should see a wider variety of playbooks and offenses. Different dev teams are working on this game, and EA isn't as limited by what they can do in this game as opposed to Madden where you can't rename teams. In NCAA you could easily rename a team if you wanted and put them in the game with team builder (rumor)

maybe it's too much copium but from all the Matt Brown links and Eric Rayweather I've been watching on Youtube I really, really like the direction this game is going in. Matt Brown had a comment like "I know everyone hates EA but give this game a chance" and he has seen it in person at EA's studios.

Prior to The Game - Urban Meyer said: 'Ohio State will stop the run game.'

Donovan Edwards (after the game): 'And I took that personally.'

https://youtu.be/JImnLGnlZGs - the video is one minute five seconds long - and, never gets old.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rvd6nzDPv5I - and, if you prefer the "two-fer" - this highlights his two fourth quarter TD runs - it's sixty one seconds in length.

Columbus - The Game - fourth quarter - The Don... I believe he rushed for 210 yards in the second half.

Great news, especially with Denard being the cover in previous years

I am so amped for this game, from everything I've read and everything that's been leaked it's going to be insane. The multiple announce teams, more important teams doing more high profile games and Michigan - say...UNLV getting a lesser crew instead of the same Kirk crew for every game, that's big

Throw in your ability to customize any team to play in NCAA including the notorious "Bishop Sycamore" and it's a huge W

This is a great way to bring the game back, imo. We've missed 11 potential cover athletes since it's last installment. And they've never been able to put current athletes on the cover until now - so let's throw a bunch of guys on there!

Also - Michigan featured on back-to-back covers. Pretty cool.

It's hilarious that Judkins is pictured there when he hasn't even played a down yet for OSU.

Are we sure this is the actual cover or is this just a teaser? I thought I had read somewhere that they were going to do multiple cover athletes like they had done for some prior versions of the game.
